The third PilotSTRATEGY newsletter is now available. In this edition you can read about the first webinar, upcoming on May 17, which will share the findings of regional community profiles developed through interviews, media analyses and other approaches. This edition meets regional stakeholders to brief them on the project and invite their support and this edition’s people profile is Lena Kappler of Fraunhofer ISI and the regional profile is West Macedonia, one of our promising secondary regions. You can read about the biggest decision to date – whether to proceed with onshore or offshore pilots in Spain and Portugal. The two countries ended up going in different directions – Portugal opted for offshore and Spain went for onshore.
