The research area is related to the optimal planning and management of the operation of energy systems and electricity markets, namely, the definition of optimal bidding strategies in a competitive market environment. For this, tools such as mathematical programming and stochastic programming are applied. In addition, he has knowledge of modeling sustainable energy systems as well as conventional systems.
