This edition meets regional stakeholders to brief them on the project and invite their support and this edition\u2019s people profile is Lena Kappler of Fraunhofer ISI and the regional profile is West Macedonia, one of our promising secondary regions. You can read about the biggest decision to date \u2013 whether to proceed with onshore or offshore pilots in Spain and Portugal.
